Terms of Products and Services

Note: Please read this agreement before buying or using any of our products and services. Your registration or Buying a product and initiation of service indicates your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Copyright Protection, Ownership of Services

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, in all documentation relating to the Softwares or Services, in the Software (and software documentation) provided to Client in connection with the Softwares or Services, in all languages, formats, and media throughout the world, including all copyrights, trademarks and service marks therein, are and shall continue to be the exclusive property of NewShopCart Software Group, its affiliates and/or other third party suppliers. subscriber shall not reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, circulate, provide or redistribute the services or information in any manner or for any purposes (personal or business) without the prior express written consent of NewShopCart Software Group. If you want to remove copyright text from softwares you can pay to NewShopCart Software Group.
Subscriber shall not use the Services for any unlawful purpose and shall comply with all reasonable requests by NewShopCart Software Group to protect the respective rights of NewShopCart Software Group in the Services.

Acceptable Use, License and Payment

By registering in our website, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit to NewShopCart connect, Also your use of the our products and services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
NewShopCart Software Group reserves the right to perform activities to audit, test and investigate the security of Client sites in an effort to ensure that security protections are maintained and that Client sites do not bypass or allow others to bypass NewShopCart Software Group's security controls. Therefore, all Clients shall adhere to all applicable NewShopCart Software Group policies and standards.

All NewShopCart softwares have limited licenses in several plans and In consideration of the Softwares and Services provided to Client/Customer  (including Softwares or Services which Subscriber may elect to receive in the future), Client/Customer shall pay the applicable Fees to NewShopCart Software Group. All Fees and Invoices are due in advance and Client/Customer shall pay it at due date and If payment is not made when due, NewShopCart can stop related services or products are mentioned in invoice. Also All Sales Final, All Payments and All Fees are non-refundable. All Payments and Fees are non-transferable. Subject to these Terms and Conditions of Service, NewShopCart Software Group hereby grants Client/Customer/Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Softwares or Services for its own internal use and not for further dissemination or redistribution.

Prohibited Activities

NewShopCart Software Group Clients are responsible for ensuring that they do not allow their systems hosted by NewShopCart Software Group to be used for any of the following purposes:

Client Shall NOT Configure their systems to bypass security controls, including, without limitation, the installation of programs or services that allow the systems to be managed or accessed insecurely or through unauthorized means.

Client Shall NOT Gain unauthorized access, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to NewShopCart Software Group networking, security, management, backup, storage or monitoring systems.

Client Shall NOT Install programs or configure systems to allow sniffing of shared networks.

Client Shall NOT Access or attempt to access security-relevant information, such as password files that may, among other things, be used to gain unauthorized access to system accounts.

Client Shall NOT Install or use software for the purpose of cracking encrypted data, including, without limitation stored passwords.

Client Shall NOT Gain, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system that does not belong to the Client.

Client Shall NOT Send unsolicited electronic spam e-mail or other spam messages.

Client Shall NOT Alter, deface, or otherwise causing any unauthorized or unapproved modification of any system belonging to NewShopCart Software Group, to any other client or other system on the Internet.

Client Shall NOT Store, transmit, or process material in a manner that violates intellectual property rights or laws or regulations, including, without limitation, those associated with trade secrets, copyrights, patents and trademarks.

Client Shall NOT Violate the privacy rights of others, including, without limitation the collection of information about individuals without their knowledge or consent, except as allowed by applicable laws and regulations.

Client Shall NOT Transmit or storing any material that is unlawful, obscene, harassing, libelous, abusive, hateful, encourages unlawful acts, or may be interpreted as violating the civil rights of others.

Client Shall NOT Store or transmit material that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Client Shall NOT Engage in or permit any activity that leads to a degradation or denial of service for NewShopCart Software Group or our Clients, or any other system or site on the Internet.

Client Shall NOT Engage in or permit any activity that results in the over utilization of power circuits.

Note: Clients are prohibited from assisting any persons in using Client systems located at NewShopCart Software Group to engage in any of the activities listed above. If a Client becomes aware of any such activity, Client must remedy the situation immediately. Client shall also notify NewShopCart Software Group within 10 hours of when a violation is detected by Client or its agents.


Normal Support and VIP Support:

There are some Difference between Normal Support and VIP Support that mentioned below:

Normal Support : In this case, if the purchased software or website has a problem in operation, the company's support department will solve the relevant problem for free. Of course, note that the duration of this free support is 120 days, and after this time you must purchase VIP support. Also, if the problem in the software is caused by the customer or the site owner, this does not include free support.

VIP Support: In this case, your software or site has VIP support for 1 year. This support includes the following:

1- Fix Problem and Bugs: If the purchased software or website has a problem in operation, the company's support department will solve the relevant problem in several hours.

2- Extra Debugging Services: In VIP Support, If the problem in the software is caused by the customer or the site owner, The company's support department will fix the problem. However, if the problem is that the entire system has been corrupted by the client or site administrator, or that the entire database has been deleted by him, this could involve additional costs.

3- Help to manage the system: In VIP Support, the company's support department will help you to manage the system and you will not be alone in managing the system.


Limitation of Liability
